PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

WABL Player Advanced Holiday Workouts (2010 - 2007)

During these School Holidays we are running a high performance workout for U16 / U18 WABL Girls born 2010 - 2007

The workouts will be a mix of competitive drills, scrimmages and finish in a full court game. These School Holiday WABL Advanced Workouts are for WABL players only, and not suitable for Domestic players. Players must have competed in the 2023 State Champs to be eligible for this program.

Friday 19th January

9:00am - 12:00pm

Cost $90 per player

Venue: Duncraig Recreation Centre

Players will be given a break half way through, please bring a snack.

Please wear an Armstrong Basketball reversible training singlet (available to purchase at checkout), or your WABL reversible training singlet.
