WABL Player Advanced Holiday Workouts (2012 & 2013 born) 

Camp 1 (WABL 2025 Div 1-4)
Tuesday 14th January & Thursday 16th January
12:30pm - 3:30pm
Cost $140 per player
Venue: Duncraig Recreation Centre

Please wear an Armstrong Basketball reversible training singlet (available to purchase at checkout), or your WABL reversible training singlet.  

Players will be given a break half way through, please bring a snack.

The workouts will be a mix of competitive drills, scrimmages and finish in a full court game.  These School Holiday WABL Advanced Workouts are for WABL players only, and not suitable for Domestic players. Players must be selected to a 2024 State Champs team or 2025 WABL team in divisions 1-4 to be eligible Camp 1.  Players selected to Divisions 5 & 6 are eligible to attend our WABL Development Programs (Camp 2), link here

Players will be challenged and skills will be taught at game pace.  Athletes will be put through their paces to ensure they stay at peak WABL conditioning during the holiday break.
