PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

WABL Player Advanced Holiday Workouts

Tuesday 16th January & Thursday 18th January

12:30pm - 3:30pm

Cost $130 per player

Venue: Duncraig Recreation Centre

Please wear an Armstrong Basketball reversible training singlet (available to purchase at checkout), or your WABL reversible training singlet.

The workouts will be a mix of competitive drills, scrimmages and finish in a full court game. These School Holiday WABL Advanced Workouts are for WABL players only, and not suitable for Domestic players. Players must have competed in the 2023 State Champs to be eligible for this program.

Players will be challenged and skills will be taught at game pace. Athletes will be put through their paces to ensure they stay at peak WABL conditioning during the holiday break.
