PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

WABL Payer Advanced Holiday Workouts (2014 & 2015 born)

Session 1: Monday 30th September 9:00am - 12:00pm

Session 2: Wednesday 2nd October 9:00am - 12:00pm

Cost $130 per player

Venue: Duncraig Recreation Centre

Players will be given a break half way through, please bring a snack.

These School Holiday WABL Player Advanced Workouts are for WABL players only, and not suitable for Domestic players. Players must be selected to a 2024 WABL team or 2024 State Champs team to be eligible for this program.

Players will be challenged and skills will be taught at game pace. Athletes will be put through their paces to ensure they stay at peak WABL conditioning during the holiday break.

Please wear an Armstrong Basketball reversible training singlet (available to purchase at checkout), or your WABL reversible training singlet.
