WABL Player Advanced Holiday Workouts (2011 & 2012 born) 

Camp 1: WABL Div 3, 4, 5 & 6
Tuesday 2nd & Thursday 4th July 9:00am - 12:00pm
Cost $130 per player 

Camp 2: WABL Div 1 & 2
Tuesday 9th & Thursday 11th July 9:00am - 12:00pm
Cost $130 per player

Venue: Duncraig Recreation Centre 

These School Holiday WABL Player Advanced Workouts are for WABL players only, and not suitable for Domestic players.

Players must be selected to a 2024 WABL team to be eligible for this program.  

Please wear an Armstrong Basketball reversible training singlet (available to purchase at checkout), or your WABL reversible training singlet.  

Players will be challenged and skills will be taught at game pace.  Athletes will be put through their paces to ensure they stay at peak WABL conditioning during the holiday break.  

Players will be given a break half way through, please bring a snack.
